I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, and offers a stunning view of the Etna from the swimming pool and terrace. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry available. Additionally, the hotel provided a paid shuttle service and airport shuttle, making transportation easy. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel.

The hotel had really nice facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool and a charming restaurant with chandeliers and high ceilings. the breakfast had a great variety and quality of local products. It was also run by a friendly family who provided outstanding service. One more advantage is the stunning view of Mt Etna that can be seen from the sun loungers by the pool.
The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was quite far from the towns and surrounded by construction projects. the hotel also had formal dinner service, which meant that the wait was quite long for our food.
